1. How can I see the preview of my order?
We offer two ways to preview your custom order:

Please adjust details as needed before placing your order.
Note: The final print will match the live preview exactly. However, if our design team determines that the photo is low quality or the text needs adjustment, we will send a proof again for your approval before printing.
2. Manual Preview Products
If your product is not available for live preview, please select from our manual options here: https://anvyprints.com/collections/manual-custom-products .
For these, kindly send us:
- Your custom photo
- Any personalized text (name, dates, etc.)
Our design team will create a proof and send it to you for approval before proceeding with printing.
2. Can I customize my own text and image on a product?
Absolutely! You can customize your product with your own text and image. Simply email us with the product link, your desired text, and the image you want to use, and we’ll take care of the rest.
3. How do I cancel my order and get a refund?
To cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process. For more detailed information, please see our refund policy here.
4. I didn’t receive a confirmation email or tracking link. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email or tracking link, it’s possible that there was a mistake with your email address. Please contact us at support@anvyprints.com, and we’ll update your email information and resend the confirmation.
5. My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the carrier may experience issues with an order. If your tracking number is still not working after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us at support@anvyprints.com.
6. How secure is my personal information?
At Anvyprints, we adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. When you checkout and purchase from our online store, your credit card information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used across the Internet for secure payment processing. Rest assured, your credit card details are only used to complete the requested transaction and are not stored afterward.
